Welcome to 8k8o. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 8k8o website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using any feature on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

Access to the 8k8o Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 8k8o or its associated companies.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player may only maintain one (1) account on 8k8o. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be confiscated. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

While we strive for continuous uptime and a seamless experience, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

8k8o may suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

You may also choose to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

12. Amendments to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
